THOUSAND(1000) PILLARS TEMPLE



The 1000 pillars temple on the slopes of Hanamakonda Hill is a standing example of Chalukyan Architecture . Built in 1163 by Rudra Deva , This star shaped temple is dedicated to three deities :Shiva , Vishnu and Surya . Intricately sculpted pillars and an impressive  Nandi are main attractions of this Temple .It is in Hanamakonda of Warangal district  in Telangana.
