The Mall
The tourist trip to Shimla complete without a visit to The Mall , the shoppers paradise . Stretching between Barnes court in the east to the Viceegal Lodge in the west ,the mall is the life line of Shimla and the main tourist attraction here . The Christ Church here , is the second oldest church in North India. The massive colonial monument adorned with stained glasses on its windows is a classic example of British architecture .
The Kali Bari Temple is supposed to be the temple of Goddess Shyamala who lends her name to Shimla . It was constructed in 1845.
